Envigors Wellness Vendor Terms and Conditions
I am going to keep it simple for the vendors in person or online.
This event is for handmade, clean ingredient business with professional organizations/individuals that support individual overall wellbeing.
SELECTION PROCESS

Submit your application

FOR PRIME/CORNER VENDORS ONLY: Prime/Corner Spaces are first come/ first serves as long as your business has handmade and/or clean ingredients based on the submission date and time of the application.

Kay from Envigors will be the only person with access to your application and will validate your business fits the clean and/or handmade criteria.

Your business can be a product or service business.
PRODUCTS, SPACE, SET UP AND SHARING
PRODUCTS
All products must be clean and/or handmade products. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SPACE
This event is a rain or shine event as it is indoors. A 6 foot table and two chairs will be provided for each vendor. The event location follows the Montgomery County Government weather regulations. If there is change that affects the event location then there will be another date provided to make up the date missed.
PRIME OR CORNER SPACES
These spaces are not negotiable and will be assigned based on the availability.
SET UP
Vendors must adhere to setup and teardown schedules and leave their area clean.
Set up for the event starts one hour and a half before the start time 11:00 a.m. and close out ends one hour from the close out the event which is 5:00 p.m.
All prep material needs to be out of sight for the public during the event.
Loading deck is available until 10:45 a.m. on the day of the event.
BOOTH SHARING
Sharing booths will not be allowed. There will not be more than one business per table.
ELECTRICITY
There will be extension cords available onsite, you will need to identify if you will need electricity in your application otherwise the cord will not be set up for your event.
MARKETING & PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
Vendors grant Envigors the right to use photos and video footage of their booths for promotional purposes.
PERMITS AND DOCUMENTATIONS
FOOD INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION
Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and permits needed to comply with that State of Maryland and Montgomery County Department of Health for food and product usage.
It is highly suggested the vendors have their own food permits available in case of inspection and health. As your event host, please include Envigors as an additional insurer for the temporary food permit.

FIRE SAFETY
There will be no open fire.
For food vendors, you will have access to the warming kitchen which is inclusive of warming ovens, icemakers, microwaves, freezer and refrigerators.
REFUNDS, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
PAYMENTS

Envigor's payment will be processed through the Shopify system.

You will approved after payment for the application
TAXES

The taxes is 6% which is for the State of Maryland where Envigors is located. You should have your Maryland Tax information available to be reviewed in case the Maryland Inspectors show up to the event.

Vendors are responsible for their own taxation.
REFUNDS

This is a non-refundable event and there are no cancellations.

Vendors are responsible for providing refunds or exchange for their customers.
TRANSFERS

Envigors is not responsible for transfer transactions out of name changes. Both parties must be in agreeance in an email to festival@envigors.com. You can not transfer unless you are 90 days from the event date and you are fully paid.
CONSUMPTION
There will be no alcohol sold or consumed onsite.
There will be no consumption of any illicit drugs.
COMPLIANCE
PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
As the applicant, you are giving Envigors permission to share your Business Name and social media information on their social media and website as a vendor or speaker for this event.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any information provided to attendees of the Envigors Wellness Festival should be evidence based, non harmful, and non-discriminatory information. It is not a reflection of Envigors and your business so let us be courteous and fair.
COVID
If any one of your team has been tested positive for COVID - 19 or any transmitted virus within 24 hours of the event. Please provide proof of your illness at festival@envigors.com and Envigors will contact you about the matter.
Envigors are not responsible for your COVID-19 prevention or any other viral sickness. Please be sure of your own discretion to prevent yourself and employees from getting sick onsite at the event.
